Founded in 1994, Liontrust is an independent
investment management company, part owned
by its management team, specialising in managing
funds with clearly articulated investment processes.

We aim to differentiate ourselves from our
competitors by creating well researched and
clearly documented investment processes, which
are applied in disciplined ways to the management
of our portfolios.

Liontrust provides portfolio management services targeted primarily at professional investors and advisers.

The Group currently manages unit trusts, individual savings accounts, offshore funds, absolute return funds, pooled pension funds and segregated
institutional accounts.

We market our investment products to professional
investors, predominantly in the UK.

In addition a number of private clients, to whom no
advice has been given, have chosen independently
to invest with us.

Liontrust Asset Management PLC, whose shares have been listed
on the London Stock Exchange since 1999, is the parent company
for all Liontrust’s operating subsidiaries.
