Sporting Heroes

Liontrust has teamed up with the Telegraph to recognise the skills, achievements and excellence of international sports stars. Each month, The Telegraph's journalists nominate sportsmen and women who they believe have produced the best sporting performance. Readers vote for their favourite from among the three sportsmen and women on the shortlist. An overall sporting hero is crowned every December.
